Ultra Drying
45°C Secret
All our dried fruit products use vacuum freeze-drying. Fruits are rapidly frozen at -60°C, then sublimated under vacuum, turning water directly from solid to gas. The process never exceeds 45°C, greatly minimizing nutrient and flavor loss.
Starting from -60°C and sublimating under strict conditions below 45°C, we preserve the true color, aroma, taste, and nutritional value in every bite of our dried fruit.
